The Digital Product Manager for Digital Enablement will lead the development and ongoing daily ownership of Hill’s B2B eCommerce platforms and Digital Payment capabilities. This role will lead the strategic planning for B2B and digital payment capabilities for Hill’s globally, collaborate with GIT to prioritize and test enhancements, regularly analyze the user and sales data, and optimize the platform’s role in the digital Professional Ecosystem. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
