• Develop and maintain custom features on Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow Builder. • Contribute to the design and evolution of our Salesforce data model to reflect business needs. • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across the platform. • Collaborate with other team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Monitor platform performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Document technical and functional solutions, as well as best practices to support team knowledge sharing. • Incorporate AI into internal processes to support daily operations. • Respond to and manage daily requests from business teams. • Train business teams on the latest releases you have delivered. • Develop a signals system to help the Sales team identify and contact the right people at the right time. • Develop a first-response system for our customers using an AI agent.

Job Requirements

  • You have recently graduated with an engineering degree or a Master's in Engineering.
  • You are eager to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • You have strong Java skills (or proficiency in another object-oriented language).
  • You have basic skills in web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
  • You have a structured, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You are motivated to join a scale-up and ready to take on the challenges this entails.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS industry or CRM ecosystems is a plus.
  • Previous experience (internship, academic or personal project) with Salesforce or HubSpot development or administration is a plus.
