• Maximize access and uptake for in-line and pipeline brands by aligning market access strategy with business objectives • Coordinate Market access activities in Bulgaria including Price & Reimbursement submissions and community engagement • Manage assigned Market access projects/activities • Develop market access strategic and tactical plans for products to ensure business objectives are met in timely manner • Ensure cross-functional cooperation with relevant teams regarding pricing and reimbursement matters • Develop/adapt value demonstration tools • Collaborate with wider market access and regulatory teams to shape early pipeline access strategy • Identify future payer customer needs and constraints impacting the business • Responsible for managing allocated programs and budgets.
Job Requirements
- University Degree level education
- Experience in innovative market access in Pharma
- Knowledge of health system and healthcare decision making, including regulatory, safety, legal and compliance environment
- Multi-stakeholder project management and leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and presentation skills combined with solid analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Ability to establish credible and long-lasting professional relationships and have personal impact through engaging respectfully and professionally.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills and fostering continuous performance improvement and operational excellence.
- Strong experience in market access related matters incl. new MKB codes submissions, P&R submissions, Managed entry schemes, HTA etc.
- Strong understanding of payer environment and government affairs/policy/advocacy
- Ability to conduct situation analysis of external environment and support development of country-specific and account strategic plans.
- Fluency in written and spoken Bulgarian & English and availability to travel in CEE countries (occasionally)
