Title: Human Resources Generalist Location: Chicago, IL Job Description: ContinuServe is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join a mission-driven team in our nonprofit division. This dynamic role spans the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition and retention to compensation, benefits, and compliance. We are looking for a proactive professional ready to dive into performance management, employee relations, and HR development. As a key advocate for both client management and employees, you will interpret policies, administer programs, and provide creative solutions. This is a client-facing role where you will build and maintain strong working relationships with multiple ContinuServe clients and serve as the subject matter expert across all HR functions. This hybrid position requires client site visits and on-site support in South Chicago 2–3 days a week.
