Role Description Looking for Philippines-based candidates Job Role: AI Augmented Developer Compensation range: $2,000 AUD - $3,500 AUD / Monthly Work Schedule: TBD This role exists for one reason: we want AI embedded into how we build software, not as a talking point but as a daily practice. You will write code, ship features, and raise the ceiling on what the team can produce. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain features across all products (greenfield and brownfield) - Use AI coding tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) as your default workflow, not a backup - Identify AI-assisted approaches to reduce bug fix and maintenance burden - Write secure code by default and flag vulnerabilities early - Contribute to automated QA testing - Show the team what works. Lead by example, not by presentation. Qualifications - 4 to 7 years of hands-on development experience - Demonstrable use of AI tools in your daily workflow (we will ask you to show us, not describe it) - Strong Mobile App Development using React and React Native - Strong .NET and/or Angular skills - Azure experience preferred - SOC2 or enterprise security awareness is a plus Requirements Tech Stack - .NET C# - Angular (TypeScript) - React (TypeScript), React Native - Azure (App Services, Functions, SQL, DevOps, APIM) - Power BI Embedded - Azure AD B2C Work Arrangement & Expectations This is a remote role that will be set up via an Employer of Record (EOR) service. • Partner with Product Owners to understand requirements and design comprehensive solutions that meet stakeholder needs • Define and document Salesforce architecture, including integrations and customizations • Serve as the Salesforce technical authority for complex implementations and integrations • Lead solution design for integrations with internal systems (APIs, middleware, data platforms) • Review and approve technical designs, data models, and implementation approaches • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to administration and development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and standards • Ensure configurations and customizations comply with security standards • Provide thought leadership to support PAR’s digital transformation and drive positive user experiences • Work as part of a Scrum team with Salesforce Admins and QA to deliver business value • Analyze existing processes and solutions for optimization and performance improvements • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Drive platform optimization, performance tuning, and technical debt reduction • Evaluate new Salesforce features and releases for business value • Promote reuse, automation, and low-code/no-code best practices
