• Design end-to-end technical solutions that meet business requirements • Lead the architectural strategy for integrating key business applications • Architect and govern the strategic implementation and integration of AI/ML capabilities • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation • Partner effectively with Product Managers and Delivery teams to translate strategic initiatives into concrete, actionable technical designs • Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance the existing architecture
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an architectural role, with significant experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex integrations between multiple enterprise SaaS applications.
- Deep architectural knowledge of Salesforce and at least one other major platform (Netsuite or Workday).
- Hands-on experience with an integration platform as a service (Mulesoft preferred) and API-led connectivity principles.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, governance, and the architectural principles required to support AI/ML initiatives within a SaaS application ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
