Qualifications - Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. - Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. - 3+ years’ relevant industry experience in network engineering, with hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. - At least one advanced network certification is preferred in CCNP, CCIE, ECMS, etc. - Expertise in supporting and managing large enterprise networks, ideally in a 24/7 operational setting. - Strong preference for candidates with Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, and Ubiquiti experience. - Familiarity with ITIL standards and IT Security compliance requirements. - Ability to visualize, design, and troubleshoot complex systems easily. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information effectively to various audiences and establish rapport. - Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, displaying tact, empathy, and professionalism. - Strong analytical thinking, with robust problem-solving abilities.
