Role Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Engineer – Network II to support the management and development of our physical and virtual enterprise networks. In this role, you will assist in the design, configuration, and optimization of network infrastructure, perform advanced troubleshooting, and contribute to projects that enhance the company’s IT capabilities. The Network Engineer II will collaborate with senior engineers on network architecture initiatives, participate in migrations and integrations, and help implement best practices to ensure reliable and efficient network operations. Qualifications - Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. - Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. - 3+ years’ relevant industry experience in network engineering, with hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. - At least one advanced network certification is preferred in CCNP, CCIE, ECMS, etc. - Expertise in supporting and managing large enterprise networks, ideally in a 24/7 operational setting. - Strong preference for candidates with Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, and Ubiquiti experience. - Familiarity with ITIL standards and IT Security compliance requirements. - Ability to visualize, design, and troubleshoot complex systems easily. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information effectively to various audiences and establish rapport. - Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, displaying tact, empathy, and professionalism. - Strong analytical thinking, with robust problem-solving abilities.
