Data Visualization Analyst – Power BI, FP&A

Mollica IT

• Execute cross-functional data and finance initiatives within the global FP&A team, enhancing insight generation and reporting capabilities across regions; • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with IT teams to implement robust, scalable Business Intelligence solutions; • Design and maintain data architectures and financial data models, ensuring accuracy and consistency in global dashboards and analytics platforms; • Develop self-service analytics tools and dashboards using SQL and BI platforms, enabling stakeholders to access and explore relevant financial information; • Support system implementations and process automation initiatives, including UAT, deployment, and documentation; • Optimize FP&A processes by eliminating manual tasks, simplifying reporting flows, and using analytics to support strategic planning; • Collaborate globally with regional Finance and Analytics teams, contributing to reporting standardization and driving process improvements; • Perform other routine duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis);
  • Experience leading data and finance initiatives in global environments;
  • Knowledge of data architecture and financial data modeling;
  • Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and analytics platforms;
  • Proficiency in SQL;
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI;
  • Experience developing self-service analytics solutions;
  • Experience with system implementations;
  • Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing);
  • Experience with deployment processes and documentation;
  • Knowledge of process automation;
  • Experience optimizing processes and financial reporting flows;
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications;
  • Experience collaborating with IT teams to implement Business Intelligence solutions;
  • Ability to work in global environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Bachelor's degree required.
