• Support hiring efforts for both home care and home health professionals, including - Caregivers - Home Care Aides - Home Health Aides (HHAs) - Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) - Companions - Personal Care Attendants - Live-in, hourly, and shift-based caregivers • Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms. • Source and screen qualified healthcare candidates. • Conduct initial outreach via phone, video, email, and text. • Review resumes, certifications, licensure, experience, and availability. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and agency leadership. • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers. • Support reference checks, document collection, and onboarding processes. • Track licenses, certifications, background checks, CPR/BLS requirements, insurance documentation, and other credentials. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of caregivers and clinicians for current and future staffing needs. • Ensure timely communication to reduce applicant drop-off and improve hiring outcomes. • Assist with scheduling and workforce management across both home care and home health operations. • Coordinate visits for RNs, PTs, OTs, STs, MSWs, and HHAs.
