• Respond to customers via phone, email, LINE, and Facebook (through Zendesk), providing guidance on products, services, and pricing • Prepare and follow up on quotations for standard print jobs, helping customers move forward when they're ready • Respond to objections (price, timing, specifications) constructively and find solutions that work for both the customer and the company • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the complaint, identifying the cause, explaining the best solution, and following up until it's fully resolved • Coordinate with other departments (Production, Logistics, Finance) on complaints and special requests through our complaints dashboard, ensuring clean handoffs • Flag recurring issues and commercial opportunities to management so we can improve the customer experience over time
Job Requirements
- Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and adaptable to different customer styles
- Comfortable with the commercial side of customer service — quoting clearly, following up when needed, and discussing price or terms with confidence
- Process orientation and reliability — you do what you say you'll do, on time, consistently
- Service mindset combined with quick thinking and good judgment under pressure
- Experience handling complaints, frustrated customers, and getting 'no' / silence as an answer without taking it personally. You stay professional and recover quickly
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role (fresh graduates welcome)

Qualifications - Excellent written and spoken English. - Strong attention to detail. - Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Digital Product Manager. - Experience working on digital products, ideally including web or mobile applications. - Hands-on experience creating wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes or visual examples for digital products. - A good understanding of UI and UX principles, including usability, user flows, layout, hierarchy and what makes an app experience feel polished and easy to use. - A strong eye for digital design and the ability to recognize when an interface feels confusing, cluttered or inconsistent. - Ability to communicate product ideas visually, not just through written requirements. - Ability to work closely with designers and developers to turn user needs into well-defined, well-designed product features. - An understanding of Agile and Lean practices. - An understanding of web technologies and how digital products are built. - A pragmatic approach to prioritization and a good understanding of MVPs. - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain product and design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
