• Own end-to-end EAM implementations, from initial analysis through successful go-live • Ensure that all aspects of the project are executed on time, within scope, and within budget • Lead workshops and guide customers toward best-practice asset and maintenance processes • Translate business needs into a scalable, high-performing Ultimo configuration • Configure workflows, structures, integrations, and reporting in the platform • Run multiple projects in parallel while keeping scope, quality, and timelines tight • Enable users through training and hands-on support during adoption • Collaborate with consulting peers, product teams, and support • Help evolve Ultimo’s implementation approach by sharing insights and lessons learned
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing EAM / CMMS solutions (SAP PM, IBM Maximo, eMaint, HxGN EAM, Maintenance Connection, or similar)
- Enjoy working in a consulting or project-driven environment
- Strong domain knowledge in maintenance, asset management, and reliability concepts
- Technical configuration to deliver practical, scalable outcomes
