• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both UI and Backend components. • Perform UI testing across web and mobile platforms, including functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing. • Conduct Backend testing, including API validation, microservices testing, workflow verification, and data integrity checks. • Lead structured exploratory testing sessions to uncover edge cases, usability concerns, and high-risk defects. • Review user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability before development begins. • Apply risk-based testing principles to prioritise critical functionality, high-risk edge cases, complex integrations, and areas with a higher impact of failure. • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify requirement gaps early and improve overall product quality. • Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, expected/actual behaviour, and supporting evidence. • Partner with developers and stakeholders to support timely defect triage and resolution. • Participate actively in test planning, estimation, and test coverage discussions to support release readiness. • Maintain clear documentation of test progress, results, and coverage metrics. • Take ownership of quality for assigned product areas and contribute to release readiness and go/no-go recommendations. • Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and best practices across the team. • Support efforts to increase automated test coverage across UI and Backend areas in collaboration with automation-focused team members. • Stay up to date with QA tools, testing trends, and industry best practices.

• Partnering with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects • Performing QA testing on Appian applications across several projects • Creating documentation/test scripts and recording results • Partnering with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved • Analyzing bugs to identify trends • Writing user stories

• Execute functional testing across SAP FICO modules in ECC or S/4HANA landscapes • Validate General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Vendor Payment processes • Test and validate SAP Fiori applications • Query backend SAP tables to validate and troubleshoot financial data • Write detailed test cases and test steps to support functional validation • Log and track defects using Rally or JIRA • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional analysts and developers • Communicate testing results clearly to stakeholders

• Review and audit all department activities, including vendor profile quality, documents provided and process for submittal to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards. • Responsible for running and distributing monthly department exception reports to Vendor Management leadership and internal stakeholders in a timely manner and report any anomalies. • Conduct first level review and evaluation of various vendor compliance documents throughout vendor oversight lifecycle (i.e., new vendor documents, annual re-certification, and vendor status change documents) to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. • Review all vendor compliance documents processed by team in system of record and report any inconsistencies to senior management for coaching opportunities and/or make recommendations of system or process modifications. • Review and process vendors’ contracts/SLAs/SOWs to ensure compliance with related key performance indicators as established for the vendor. • Responsible for preparing and submitting necessary documentation to automate department reports and vendors’ scorecards. • Lead the end-to-end process of developing reports and scorecards with internal support teams (i.e., IT, Business Intelligence, etc.) and business unit leaders. • Review and respond to internal and external audit requests received by the department as needed. • Evaluate monthly published scorecards and prepare Monthly Vendors’ Oversight Executive Summary. • Process vendor communication requests, including tracking acknowledgements as required. • Oversee the process of reviewing vendors’ on-site audit reports provided by Risk Management to ensure proper notification to internal stakeholders and tracking of any vendor remediation plans. • Assist management with the review of department's processes, policies, procedures and reports for accuracy and completeness to identify opportunities for associate training or process improvements. • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
