Role Description - Du berätst unsere Kunden im Finanzbereich – insbesondere in Controlling, Accounting und Konzernsteuerung – bei der Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Finanzreportings. - Du analysierst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse, erkennst Zusammenhänge zwischen Gewinn, Verlust und Cashflow – und erklärst sie verständlich für unsere Kund:innen. - Du unterstützt bei der Nutzung unserer Financial Management Suite – für Kunden aus verschiedensten Branchen, z. B. Private Equity, Startups und Mittelstand. - Du identifizierst systematisch Fehlerquellen, analysierst Datenflüsse und bringst sie wieder in Einklang – dank deines buchhalterischen Verständnisses. - Du entwickelst eigenständig innovative Lösungen im Bereich Financial Reporting, baust Dashboards und nutzt Tools wie Excel oder Power BI, um komplexe finanzielle Zusammenhänge verständlich zu visualisieren. - Du arbeitest dich tief in Systemlogiken und Tools ein, verstehst, wie die Daten im Hintergrund zusammenhängen – und nutzt dieses Wissen, um präzise und nachhaltige Lösungen zu gestalten. Qualifications - Du hast mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich – z. B. in Accounting, Controlling, Steuerberatung oder Konzernreporting. - Du verstehst betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und weißt, wie Bilanz, GuV und Cashflow ineinandergreifen. - Du hast Kenntnisse in Power BI oder eine starke Affinität für Reporting-Tools – du bist in der Lage, komplexe finanzielle Zusammenhänge in Dashboards und Reports zu visualisieren. - Du bist kommunikativ, trittst sicher und authentisch auf – auch wenn es mal komplex wird. - Du hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Themen eigenständig voranzutreiben und im Team gemeinsam zu wachsen. - Du arbeitest gerne in einem agilen, unbürokratischen Umfeld mit viel Freiraum. - Teamfit ist uns wichtig: Humor, Klarheit, echte Zusammenarbeit und Lust auf Austausch gehören für dich dazu.
