Role Description The Supervisor, Data Support is responsible for assisting in developing people, processes, and systems to ensure the accurate and timely entry of prescription data into the pharmacy management system. This role is critical to ExactCare operational success and plays a direct role in delivering on our improving health and providing peace of mind. The Data Support team ensures that prescription data is processed with exceptional precision, enabling seamless medication synchronization, accurate patient profiles, and timely fulfillment. This position requires a focus on quality control, performance metrics, people leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities - Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Data Support Technicians responsible for entering, reviewing, and validating prescription data into the pharmacy management system. - Support oversight of workflow of all data entry processes to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory and operational standards. - Assist in monitoring daily productivity and quality metrics to ensure prescription data is processed efficiently and correctly to support the fulfillment of patient orders. - Conduct quality assurance protocols and audit processes to reduce errors and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, IT, and other cross-functional teams to improve systems, tools, and data integration that enhance workflow and support scalability. - Help maintain training programs and process documentation to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the Data Support team. - Participate in continuous improvement efforts using data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improved efficiency and data integrity. - Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - High school diploma/GED required. - Certified Pharmacy Technician. - 1+ years of pharmacy operations or healthcare data leadership experience with Lead-level responsibility or greater. - Prior supervisory/people management experience. - Proven experience leading teams focused on data accuracy, workflow optimization, or prescription processing in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. - Strong understanding of pharmacy management systems, prescription processing, and medication data workflows. - Experience developing performance metrics, process documentation, and training programs. - Track record of improving operational performance through process improvement and people development. - High attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex data and workflow requirements. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with leadership. Requirements - This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. - May be necessary to work extended hours as needed. - This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. - This is a remote position.
