Role Description The Supervisor of Patient Care is responsible for developing people and processes to provide an unparalleled experience for our patients through their monthly routine order and STAT/SS order processes. This role is imperative to our ability to improve our patients’ health and giving them peace of mind. - Build and manage a team of technicians to effectively execute the existing patient workflows to “green” on a very consistent basis, proactively identify issues with workflow and resolve prior to delay. - Monitor workflow of all process steps to ensure exceptional timeliness and quality of all steps. - Coordinate activity between technicians and pharmacists to ensure successful action and effectiveness in shipping complete profiles on time to all patients and sending critical STAT/SS medications. - Foster collaborative, win/win relationships with all teams and COE’s within ExactCare. - Ensure patient experience through existing patients contributes to a high level of patient retention and satisfaction. - Design and help drive the development of new tools and technologies to improve change in therapy management, STAT prioritization, profile prep and billing. - Build morale and engagement through the team, setting in place routines that enhance engagement, morale and performance. - Support lead technicians through performance management and development of their direct reports to help build team capabilities. - Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - High school diploma/GED required. - Certified Pharmacy Technician. - At least 1 year of prior team lead experience, preferably in a closed-door pharmacy/remote environment. - Detailed knowledge of all steps required to process ExactCare patients through our existing patient workflows. - Demonstrated ability to mobilize resources, overtime and other departments to overcome staffing deficits and to ultimately achieve on-time workflows in key process areas. - Demonstrated track record at improving performance through performance management including corrective action, deep appreciation for coaching and performance management. - Leader Standard Work, development and adherence. - Demonstrated ability to identify and drive through implementation process and behavior changes that improve quality and efficiency of area(s) of direct responsibility. Continuous improvement focus and project management experience. Requirements - This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. - May be necessary to work extended hours as needed. - This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. - This is a remote position. Role Description The Associate Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for scheduling all new patient evaluations, follow-up appointments, answering phones, and mapping routes for home visits.
