We believe in empowering caregivers to be active participants in their loved one’s communication journey, and are proud to be certified by The Joint Commission and backed by 3,500+ 5-star reviews. ⭐ What you’ll do: - Direct Clinical Care (65%): Maintain an appropriate clinical caseload by conducting evaluations and therapy sessions while adapting to organizational needs. - SLP Management & Clinical Leadership (35%): Manage and mentor a team of SLPs through regular 1:1 meetings, clinical coaching, skill development, career growth conversations, and ongoing feedback to foster a supportive, collaborative team culture. - Training, Tools & Compliance Support: Ensure SLPs are effectively utilizing Expressable systems, resources, policies, and best practices while completing required training and compliance requirements. - Clinical Escalations & Communication: Partner with organizational leaders to resolve clinical concerns, communicate key updates and changes, and ensure SLPs understand and implement company initiatives. - Team Engagement & Collaboration: Lead monthly meetings focused on clinical excellence, engagement, collaboration, and alignment with Expressable’s model of care. - Performance & KPI Management: Track and analyze team member performance metrics, including efficiency, quality of care, documentation compliance, and client satisfaction; identify trends and implement data-driven improvement plans when needed. - Provider Growth & Recruitment Support: Conduct first-round interviews with SLP candidates to support continued growth of the provider base. - Clinical Excellence: Model high-quality care delivery and maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices within the field of speech-language pathology. We believe in empowering caregivers to be active participants in their loved one’s communication journey, and are proud to be backed by 3,500+ 5-star reviews. - Provide remote occupational therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population - Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform - Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement - Complete all documentation accurately and on time - Participate in required training and team communication - Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity Qualifications - Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) and individual NPI number - Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date) - Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms - Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings - Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently - Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations Requirements - This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position. - Clinical rate: $40-$54/hour, covers both direct sessions and documentation time. - Design your own schedule around your needs and lifestyle. - Part-time hourly or flexible PRN role may be available. - Our clients typically seek services after 3:30pm weekdays and early mornings/afternoons on weekends.
