Farm & Industry Engagement Coordinator

ASPCA - American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals

Role Description Support the Farm & Industry Engagement Department and the impact we have on animals by tracking projects, sharing progress, improving processes and coordinating logistics for the team. The Farm & Industry Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for: - Tracking the Farm & Industry Engagement team’s priority projects and impact. - Improving processes to promote efficiency. - Conducting background research and drafting educational content about our work. - Planning in-person events and acting as a representative of the team in responding to questions and needs for information. - Assisting in building new industry outreach tactics to achieve ASPCA goals for companion animals. This remote-based position requires the ability and willingness to travel up to 5% of the time, as needed, and is open to all eligible candidates based within the United States. Qualifications - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong research and analytical skills. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Ability to lead and facilitate meetings. - Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools required (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel). - Proficiency with Airtable or Canva a plus. - Ability to exemplify ASPCA’s core values and behavioral competencies. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. - 2 years of experience in research, communications, advocacy, or a related field required. - 2 years of experience managing projects or events required. - Experience managing calendars and coordinating travel and logistics for others required. - Experience compiling and summarizing information required. - Experience in animal welfare, corporate social responsibility, or food system reform preferred. - Experience leading and facilitating meetings preferred. - English (Required).
