Role Description We’re seeking a disciplined, motivated Structural Engineer (Entry–Mid Level) to join our growing engineering team. You’ll work on residential structural design projects at a national scale, collaborating closely with engineers, coordinators, and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who values ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement—and who thrives in a remote environment. - Produce residential structural designs and calculations in accordance with applicable building codes - Support single‑family and multi‑family projects nationwide - Collaborate with project coordinators to meet schedules and priorities - Participate in daily team check‑ins and engineering discussions - Contribute ideas to improve processes, standards, and efficiency - Communicate clearly with internal teams to support high‑quality client deliverables Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering - EIT certification (or actively pursuing) - 0–5 years of experience in residential structural engineering - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Commitment to quality, teamwork, and client service - Experience with wood framing, CMU, ICF, reinforced concrete, steel and residential codes is a plus.
