• Own and evolve the marketing technology ecosystem, supporting acquisition, lifecycle, attribution, analytics, and automation. • Build and maintain integrations, workflows, APIs, and data pipelines to ensure reliable marketing data. • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to enable scalable marketing operations and experimentation. • Define and manage the MarTech roadmap, including prioritization, backlog, system improvements, and technical requirements. • Evaluate, source, onboard, and manage MarTech vendors and tools. • Lead implementation and optimization of tools for paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRM, attribution, experimentation, and customer engagement. • Troubleshoot integrations, campaign tracking, attribution, data quality, and platform reliability issues. • Establish governance for data integrity, consent management, privacy, and compliance. • Improve operational efficiency through automation, process optimization, and documentation. • Act as a cross-functional bridge to ensure alignment and execution across Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and external partners.
Job Requirements
- Experience supporting mobile app acquisition and paid acquisition in a MarTech or growth operations context
- Experience evaluating, onboarding, and managing third-party MarTech vendors
- Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer reporting and data integration
- Hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable lifecycle marketing/customer engagement platform
- Experience implementing and managing integrations using APIs and ETL workflows for marketing data infrastructure
- Experience with Amplitude or a comparable product analytics platform
- Knowledge of attribution, campaign tracking, UTM governance, marketing measurement, and marketing data integrity best practices
- Basic privacy and compliance awareness for marketing data governance, including consent management and privacy considerations
- Experience collaborating with Engineering and Data teams on technical requirements and system architecture for marketing data and tooling
- Already authorized to work in the United Kingdom and/or the United States (as applicable to the hiring location)
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Growth Operations, or a related technical marketing role
- Hands-on basic SQL querying for marketing and product data analysis
- Experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse
- Experience with dbt or a comparable data transformation tool
- Able to start within 4 weeks of offer acceptance
