Role Description The People & Culture Intern will support the People & Culture team on a three-month assignment, focusing on critical projects that streamline HR operations and enhance internal communications. This role provides excellent exposure to international development and HR practices. - Will learn to conduct a comprehensive compensation benchmarking analysis for international staff across various global regions, comparing internal data against industry standards and local market benchmarks. - Utilize tools and methodologies to evaluate total rewards packages, ensuring internal equity and competitiveness in diverse geographic locations. - Support the People & Culture team in organizing and maintaining accurate compensation data and documentation for reporting purposes. - Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations that summarize benchmarking findings and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. - Collaborate with regional HR representatives to validate market data and understand local labor laws and economic trends impacting compensation. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operations by identifying opportunities to streamline data collection and analysis processes. Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently earned a degree in International Finance, Accounting, International Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Human Development, Sociology, or related discipline. - Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or relevant role. - Fluent in English. • Communicating cash and position discrepancies with external accounting administrator or trustee bank to ensure trades are processed and settled accurately for bank loans on each existing CLO or CLO warehouse • Validating SMF data of new loans to our portfolios • Answer a large volume of questions regarding trade allocations, KYC data, etc. with a target of same day response (sometimes very time sensitive) • Effectively communicate with internal and external partners and customers • Prepare documents and communicate elections for corporate actions • Reconcile and research loan rating variances and other security attributes as required • Assist with reconciliation and request of funds during warehouse stage • Support internal and external audit requests as needed • Keep detailed supporting documentation of processes and individual transactions • Build-out new processes and improvements on a regular basis • Proactively improve current operating procedures • Other tasks as assigned

• Lead Sales Operations strategy and execution globally for Latitude • Build scalable forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity governance frameworks • Partner with Sales Leadership to improve operational visibility and revenue predictability • Standardize quote management, opportunity management, and sales process execution • Collaborate with Systems & Tools teams to optimize Salesforce workflows, integrations, and reporting • Drive operational readiness for new GTM initiatives, marketplace programs, and product launches • Develop operational KPIs, dashboards, executive reporting, and business insights • Improve CRM adoption, data quality, and sales process consistency • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Enablement • Support AI-readiness initiatives through process standardization and data governance improvements • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements • Support territory planning, compensation alignment, and sales productivity initiatives • Mentor and develop Sales Operations personnel supporting Latitude
