• Develop and maintain fig1.ai's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms • Create and manage a content calendar aligned with company milestones, team highlights, and thought leadership • Write and design (or brief designers on) posts, stories, carousels, and short-form video concepts • Monitor community engagement and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in the brand's voice • Track performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights • Manage social media accounts for multiple clients simultaneously, maintaining distinct brand voices across each • Build monthly content calendars in collaboration with clients and internal account leads • Write copy, develop creative briefs, and coordinate with designers for client content production • Schedule and publish content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X • Conduct monthly performance reviews and present insights and recommendations to clients • Stay current on platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to inform strategy

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of social media management experience, including client-facing or agency work
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across brands
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
  • Proficiency in native analytics across major platforms (Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfort with basic content design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express
  • Familiarity with AI tools and best practices as they apply to content creation, copywriting, and social media workflows (e.g. using AI for ideation, drafting, and performance analysis)
