Role Description P1 Dental Partners is seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience in the dental or healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of the dental or healthcare sector, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for various positions within the dental and healthcare fields. - Proactively source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections. - Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and are a good cultural fit for P1 Dental Partners. - Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create detailed job descriptions, and ensure a smooth hiring process. - Promote P1 Dental Partners as an employer of choice by showcasing our company culture, values, and opportunities for growth. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. - Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in dental and healthcare recruitment.
