Role Description The Prescription Acquisition Specialist Lead serves as the subject matter expert of their designated team. They will work alongside the team Supervisors and Managers to drive and support department efficiencies. In this role, the expectation is to lead by example and support company and department goals as well as demonstrate their ability to drive results and achieve a consistent standard of work from the team. Responsibilities - High level of contribution in front line, day to day work as assigned by leadership - Provide training on department tasks to new hires, cross trainees and existing team members requiring additional support - Help coordinate the completion of cross training through communication and scheduling with designated trainees - Provide a high level of subject matter expertise to the department in supporting continuous improvement projects including training guides and SOP development - Support leadership in diagnosing and improving performance of team members - Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - High school diploma / GED required - Proven experience in departmental workflows and processes - Highly preferred: Prior experience with operational workflow and processes in assigned department - Strong attention to detail - Demonstrates strong time management and organizational abilities - Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication - High level understanding of adjudicating claims and overcoming rejections - Ability to adapt to different training outcomes - Uses strategic planning to develop training schedule/program that adheres to departments goals and expectations - Demonstrates ability to multi-task and support various aspects within Operations Requirements - This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking - May be necessary to work extended hours as needed - This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis - Travel is not required - Supervisory: Yes - This is a remote position Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision coverage effective 1st of the month following date of hire - Flexible spending - Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability - Voluntary benefits - 401(k) - Paid Time Off and paid holidays

Role Description We're hiring our first dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to own our hiring engine end to end. This is a high-volume, full-cycle recruiting role. - Source and hunt outbound. - Run a high volume of recruiting interviews. - Build the outbound recruiting system including cadences, messaging, screening rubrics, and tooling. - Partner directly with our hiring leaders. - Clear path to grow into broader operations as you prove the model. Key Responsibilities - Outbound Sourcing: - Proactively identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates through targeted outbound outreach. - Source creatively across multiple channels (LinkedIn, social communities, referrals, etc.). - Build and maintain a strong pipeline across our recurring hiring needs. - Screening & Interviewing: - Run a high volume of screening interviews (30+ interviews per week). - Write clear, concise candidate write-ups and recommendations. - Move qualified candidates through the process effectively. - Candidate Experience & Communication: - Own all candidate communication from first contact through offer or handoff. - Represent a premium brand professionally at every touchpoint. - Hiring Manager Partnership: - Take hiring briefs and ask sharp clarifying questions. - Partner closely with department heads to understand priorities. - Onboarding & Admin: - Coordinate offers, contracts, account and tool setup, and smooth onboarding. - Keep hiring pipelines organized and accurately tracked. - Conduct onboarding calls to ensure a smooth handoff. - Build the Engine: - Design and continuously improve our outbound recruiting process.
