• Optimize the business functions at USPS • Provide day-to-day platform administration, user support, configuration management, upgrade support, integration coordination, change management support, data quality oversight, audit support, and architectural guidance • Ensure the platform effectively supports business operations and IT Service Management requirements • Enhance the customer's operational capabilities and drive efficiency • Shape and sustain solutions that have a meaningful and lasting impact on the customer’s goals
Job Requirements
- 5 + years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited College/University is preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Core Platform/ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge Management, and CMDB/CSDM
- Additional ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, SecOps, and CSM
- REST API integrations, data imports/exports, Transform Maps, MID Server, and Integration Hub
- Proficient in SDLC practices
- Knowledge/experience of Agile Methodologies
- Effective liaison leading technical development teams
- Strong facilitation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge in AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Playwright)

Compensation Range The anticipated compensation range for this position is $120,000-140,000 CAD annually.
