Role Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented Survey Operations Analyst to join YouGov’s Scientific Research Group (SRG), the team behind cutting-edge public affairs, academic, technology, and health research. In this role, you’ll help bring complex surveys to life across multiple global markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support research that shapes policy, media conversations, and decision-making around the world. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do: - Program complex surveys using YouGov’s in-house scripting language (built on Python) - Set up surveys across multiple markets and languages - Test user experience across browsers, devices, and platforms - Monitor survey performance, investigate issues, and resolve data collection problems - Clean and prepare data deliverables for researchers and clients Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Economics, Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience - 1+ year of hands-on programming experience in Python and/or R - Experience working with large datasets using tools like R, Python, SPSS, etc. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong communication skills (written + verbal) - Comfort working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams Requirements - Experience or training in survey research - Familiarity with terminal commands or Git - Experience with multi-language or multi-market survey builds - Interest in public affairs, academic research, or applied social science Benefits - Paid vacation, holidays and sick days - Flexible working arrangement available - Group medical, dental and vision insurance - Company-paid life and disability insurance - Paid parental leave - 401(k) with company match

• Support onboarding of new Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and pharmacy partners • Manage and update contracts and documentation for audit-readiness • Monitor performance dashboards and pharmacy claims for accuracy • Analyze prescription data to identify new partnership opportunities • Investigate claim mismatches and request reversals when needed • Maintain provider lists and support credentialing tasks • Support audits, reports, and participation in the 340B Oversight Committee • Create presentations and schedule program-related meetings • Act as a resource for internal and external 340B-related communications
