• Drive leadership around the Company’s financial modeling, forecasting, reporting and preparation of Board materials • Responsible for driving strategy and insights around financial decision making and planning • Focus on the Company’s global business reporting, Long Range Plan, forecasting, planning, modeling and senior management support • Help develop a finance organization that has a comprehensive understanding of key business drivers • Deliver financial plans and analyses that lead to effective and insightful decision-making • Focus on the continuous improvement of financial tools, business modeling and financial planning processes • Build strong relationships with members of the executive management team and key leadership throughout the Company • Develop, own and maintain the vision for Power BI and data visualization • Establish standards, roadmaps, and best practices for BI strategy, governance, and self-service analytics • Lead the financial planning and operations on an annual and quarterly cadence, both formally and informally • Ensure the validity of budgets and forecasts through thoughtful oversight of internal and external financial forecasts, budgets, etc., and assist with the creation of LRPs • Help drive an efficient, effective and comprehensive process for developing financial plans and budgets that link to key corporate objectives • Own the 3 financial statement model, including rolling forecast and 3-year plan • Oversee the financial planning tools and technology, driving the implementation and enhancement of such tools and technology in partnership with our systems team and other members of the finance and accounting teams • Provide critical input to senior management regarding the financial performance of the Company, including recommendations for action and collaboratively developing operating policies and procedures • Partner with executives to translate business objectives into actionable, insight-driven dashboards and analytical frameworks • Prepare executive presentations, including financial results and comprehensive business analyses and recommendations for senior management • Develop and implement frameworks for effective investment decision making to ensure decisions are aligned with the creation of shareholder value • Oversee architecture, dataflows, semantic models, and governance of the enterprise Power BI environment • Ensure scalability, security, and performance across the Power BI ecosystem • Collaborate with the Business Applications, IT, and Data Engineering teams to optimize data pipelines, data quality, and underlying data models • Prioritize and manage a portfolio of BI projects, balancing enterprise-wide and departmental needs • Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for the assigned business perimeter. • Coordinate month-end close activities in NetSuite, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger processes. • Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation of mining revenue. • Support external audits and coordinate with local accounting and tax advisors. • Support US Sales & Use Tax and B&O Tax reporting processes. • Assist with Corporate Income Tax compliance and tax-related reporting. • Coordinate payroll tax compliance across relevant jurisdictions. • Partner with the US CFO during month-end and year-end close activities. • Monitor departmental budgets, spending, and financial performance. • Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve operational efficiency. • Oversee vendor payments, contract management, and recurring expenses. • Support expenditure approval and financial control processes. • Manage payment requests and financial operations through NetSuite. • Support liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and payment scheduling. • Coordinate closely with accounting and treasury teams to ensure smooth financial operations. • Partner with business leaders to support planning, decision-making, and operational initiatives. • Provide financial support for US operations, including documentation and compliance requirements. • Deliver ad hoc financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support strategic decisions.

• Lead key workflows for merchant fees, billing, payouts, and tax application for U.S. Enterprise New Verticals merchants. • Own the Merchant Finance Product Roadmap, acting as the Product Operations partner. • Design and improve processes and products to triage and resolve payment, invoicing, and tax issues. • Support product builds from idea to launch with business cases and success metrics. • Create and maintain clear internal documentation and communications.
