Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, consulting, product operations, or similar analytical roles.
- Comfortable working with financial concepts like pricing, fees, discounts, taxes, and payouts.
- Ability to structure ambiguous merchant or payment problems and drive clear plans to resolve them.
- Experience working with data (e.g., spreadsheets or SQL).
- Clear communication skills in writing and meetings.
- Experience leading and influencing multiple teams and senior leadership.
