• Be responsible for on-time project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources • Assist Project Director in organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERP • Participate in customer, internal, and/or supplier project kickoff meetings and support the Project Director with preparation & coordination of customer, internal, and/or supplier kickoff meetings • Develop and maintain a project roster including assigning and monitoring timely completion of project related training activities • Support the development & issuance of the Project Management Plan & related project plans and project procedures; promotes the implementation of project plans and project procedures across the larger project team • Support the development and deployment of project infrastructure and project tools • Ensure compliance with U. S. government requirements as applicable • Support coordination of project activities; monitor and control progress on project deliverables • Ensure the conformance of project deliverables with contract and project requirements • Organize and archive project correspondence and records consistent with Project Configuration Management Plan • Lead, draft, and issue project management meeting notes, action item lists, and project progress reports • Other relevant duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college OR- a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience working on projects
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
