• Through cross-team collaboration with Product Management and Design, define the roadmap that makes up the Relationship Intelligence engine and features. • Lead, coach, mentor and inspire a team that owns applications that are critical to the success of our customers and our business. • Own the delivery of a delightful, reliable platform and user experience to our users around the world through rapid cycles of development and iteration. • Lead Agile processes like daily standups, sprint plannings, demos and retrospectives. • Champion AI tools and best practices, keeping current with the rapidly changing landscape, in order to enable high degrees of team efficiency and output, and create a learning environment for team members to continuously develop skills. • Be an active contributor. You’ll have the time to build meaningful features alongside your team. • Drive complex technical, architecture, design, and product discussions. • Identify and fill gaps on the team, and create the processes necessary for the team’s success. • Scale the team by hiring additional talented engineers to provide the necessary velocity to meet the team’s goals.
Job Requirements
- You have 8+ years of experience working in a full-stack software engineering role, building scalable web applications with large volumes of data and rich visualizations.
- You have 3+ years in an engineering management role or technical leadership role, providing mentorship and coaching in a formal setting.
- You have experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
- You have experience working with complex SaaS platforms.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You take pride in delivering an exceptionally high-quality product in terms of the functionality you provide to consumers, as well as the platform’s overall performance and reliability.
- You are passionate about helping engineers at all levels develop new skills and advance their careers.

Role Description World Renew is seeking proposals from experienced strategic planning consultants, firms, or consulting teams with deep expertise in the non-profit, humanitarian, and/or faith-based sectors to support the World Renew’s Leadership team in the design and facilitation of an inclusive, organization-wide strategic planning process. The goal is to develop a clear, principled strategic framework to guide World Renew’s work in its next 5-year planning horizon while remaining rooted in its mission, values, and long-standing commitments. The consultant will: - Serve as a trusted, third-party facilitator. - Support deep listening, discernment, and shared ownership across diverse stakeholders. - Strengthen analytical rigor and ensure process discipline. - Reduce bias and increase objectivity in participatory processes. - Support large-scale engagement while maintaining clear internal ownership of decisions and outcomes by the Executive Directors and Global Executive Team (GET). The consultant’s role is to enable the process, not to define the strategy. Decision-making authority will remain with World Renew leadership throughout.
