Qualifications - Proven experience leading strategic planning processes for complex, mission-driven or faith-based organizations. - Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear strategic direction, priorities, and decision frameworks. - Experience with international nongovernmental organizations working in partnership-based community development. - Strong multi-scale, cross-cultural facilitation and group process skills both virtually and in-person. - Experience designing collaborative, participatory, multi-stakeholder planning processes. - Ability to work effectively across cultures, regions, and organizational levels. - Sensitivity to power, governance, and organizational dynamics. - Alignment with World Renew’s values, posture, and community-centered approach. Requirements - Cover letter introducing the consultant or firm. - Overview of relevant experience and qualifications. - Proposed approach and methodology including details on deliverables and decision gates at each phase (5 pages or less). - Description of the consulting team and roles including relevant experience (including brief bios or CVs for key team members). - Fee structure and budget assumptions including estimated level of effort (e.g., days or phases) and any other major cost drivers. Maximum value of the work inclusive of all costs should not exceed US$50,000. Benefits - Opportunity to engage in a meaningful strategic planning process for a humanitarian organization. - Collaborative work with diverse stakeholders. - Potential for long-term impact on organizational direction and effectiveness.
