Continuous Improvement Analyst
DMI (Digital Management, LLC)
• Conduct quality control reviews for compliance and partner with project managers to resolve findings. • Modernize and maintain reporting structures, dashboards, and quality metrics to provide visibility. • Analysis to identify issues, root causes, process gaps, and translate findings to recommendations. • Lead process documentation efforts, including SOPs, QC workbooks, and scoring criteria. • Apply Confluence best practices to keep the team's knowledge base structured and current. • Develop training materials and job aids that help the team apply quality standards consistently. • Serve as a partner facilitating working sessions and building consensus around process changes. • Continuously evaluate team tools, templates, and workflows for improvement opportunities and take initiative to prototype and implement enhancements with stakeholder buy-in.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, business analysis, process improvement, or PMO support.
- Proficient in Power BI, SharePoint Lists, expert-level Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling), Jira workflows and dashboards, and Confluence.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly for executive, technical, and government stakeholder audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams, build relationships with government customers, and facilitate productive working sessions.
- Self-starter with a record of identifying opportunities and taking initiative without being directed.
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
