Role Description The Associate Director, Transactional Monitoring, Data Analytics & Risk Assessment serves as a key compliance analytics and monitoring lead, driving data-backed insights to inform risk identification, monitoring priorities, and compliance program effectiveness. This role supports the advancement of a risk-based, data-driven compliance monitoring model by integrating diverse data sources, developing key risk indicators (KRIs), and partnering cross-functionally to translate insights into meaningful compliance and business impact. This individual will collaborate across Ethics, Compliance & Privacy, Legal, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, and IT to enhance visibility into compliance risks and support informed, data-driven decision-making. The Associate Director plays a critical role in strengthening compliance oversight and enabling scalable, efficient monitoring and risk assessment processes. Qualifications - 7-10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, data analytics, or related field within pharma/biotech or healthcare - Experience supporting compliance monitoring, analytics, or risk assessment programs - Experience working in a matrixed organization and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders - Strong analytical capabilities with experience working with large, complex datasets and delivering actionable insights - Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel); familiarity with advanced analytics tools preferred - Working knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, Sunshine Act, global regulations) - Experience with compliance monitoring, auditing, or risk assessment programs preferred - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams - Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling insights and recommendations - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Collaborative and adaptable, with effectiveness in fast-paced, evolving environments - High intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and improvement Requirements - Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in a quantitative, scientific, or business discipline; advanced degree preferred Benefits - Medical, dental and vision insurance - 401k retirement savings plan - Flexible paid vacation - Discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation - Discretionary equity grants

What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related coursework - At least five years of insurance and risk management experience in construction or related field and experience in managing others. - Industry certifications such as, associate in risk management (ARM), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), or Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) are a positive consideration. - Proficient knowledge of Microsoft O365. - A valid driver's license may be required.
