Roles and Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with analysis & hand calculations involving structural components. - Perform Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Analysis with identification and presentation of all fatigue relevant and representative locations. - Experience in extracting the loads pertaining to the components & sub-assembly to carry out detailed stress check and to validate. - Proficient in calculating load exceedances, low life mitigation, and repairability. - Identify the different modes of failure and critical load case for all possible modes. - Preparation of the Dossier, justification report, and verification report. - Experience in carrying out analysis using ISAMI will be an added advantage. - Knowledge of finite element (FE) analysis using available commercial software like Nastran and Patran is an added advantage. • Execute plant trials, line qualifications, and process validations hands-on • Run Design of Experiments (DOE) and process capability studies at the machine level • Set up and operate injection molding, blow molding, and related equipment during development trials • Build and verify first-article samples, perform dimensional checks using CMM and hand gauges • Troubleshoot tooling, mold, and processing issues during trials • Develop and execute sample and test plans, procure test fixtures and gages • Support customer line trials on-site at customer facilities • Participate in and contribute to DFMEA/PFMEA workshops • Execute assigned tasks within the Stage-Gate process • Support the Product Development Manager in preparing technical documentation
