Job Description

Product Manager – Post Sale Experience

The Job Sauce

• Own and evolve the post-sale buyer journey across checkout, payment, transportation, and title document delivery on Desktop and Mobile App • Ensure a smooth, intuitive, and consistent UX across all post-sale flows, informed by user research and behavioral data • Lead and manage third-party integrations, including payment providers such as MoneyGram, Western Union, PayPal, and emerging digital wallets • Collaborate with engineering on API design and integration, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable data exchange with partners • Monitor key performance indicators (checkout completion, payment success, delivery selection usage, error rates) and iterate accordingly • Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product decisions • Build and execute a product roadmap aligned with RB Global growth objectives and strategy • Translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and backlogs; lead efforts to prioritize development team activities • Identify new opportunities that positively impact buyer-facing applications • Ensure high product quality by staying deeply immersed in product deliverables and releases • Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders; keep product teams updated with no surprises • Balance scope, priority, technical risk, and business impact across initiatives and multiple business units • Research competitive features in the marketplace and propose tactics to address threats or capture opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Product Management or Product Development experience, with a track record of successfully driving results
  • Experience owning customer-facing digital products (marketplace, eCommerce, or SaaS)
  • Experience managing third-party integrations, particularly with payment providers or logistics platforms
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with engineering on API design
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate business requirements and value to internal and external stakeholders.
