• You will directly work with Tom who is a product person by heart and who has worked on physical and digital products all his life. • Improve LTV per download. (e.g. through paywall testing) • Improve trial start rate. • Coordinate a PR & Marketing campaign together with our Marketing team. • Developing a BI system for analysing user behavior to support retention. • Use Claude Code and other AI tools to automate tasks and workflows. • User interviews to support the ideation for the future of our product. • We are looking for people that are willing to get their hands dirty. This is not a strategic role!

• You will directly work with Stephan who has built automated workflows all his life. • Develop and implement a communication strategy towards our global community of talents, users, partners, investors. • Fully automate influencer and affiliate identification, negotiations, and payments. • Develop strategies to conquer local markets, implement penetration test in one-week sprints and measure results. • Overall, building a system that tracks and measures results will be a core OKR of this job. • Use AI tools (Claude Code, Design, Cowork, etc.) to fully automate all our day-to-day processes and everything that we do at least once a month. • We are looking for people that are willing to get their hands dirty. • You will directly work with Stephan who is a growth hacker by heart and who has built a $ 1 million ARR Marketing agency with just 5 people. • He is currently creating all Marketing channels for Lemio from scratch and needs a second hand to help him execute the following things daily: • Content creation for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more with the help of AI tools and automations. • Content distribution via Loomly, AI agents or other tools. • Replicate Gymshark66 Challenge and find 100+ Affiliates to become Lemio brand ambassadors. • PR publications. • Community Building: Email distributions to our various email lists. • Use Claude Code and other AI tools to automate tasks and workflows. • We are looking for people that are willing to get their hands dirty. This is not a strategic role!
