Financial Accountant / Controller

• You are responsible for operational finance, accounting and controlling matters for multiple companies • You support month-end and year-end closings and analyze accounts, journal entries and financial relationships • You prepare reports, forecasts and management analyses at company and group level • You analyze KPIs, profit and loss (P&L) statements and balance sheets and derive well-founded recommendations for action • You optimize processes, structures and finance workflows and work closely with other departments
Job Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in finance, accounting or controlling
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial statements and business-related financial interrelationships
- Analytical, structured and independent working style with a willingness to challenge existing processes
- Ideally experience with month-end or year-end closings and ERP systems (e.g., Business Central)
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) and confident use of Excel

• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
