• Play a part in the creation of a new role. Build the playbook. Auomate yourself out of the manual version of it and then help scale it. Report to the CEO. • This is the first hire on a brand-new team at RenoFi, reporting directly to the CEO. • Salespeople are excellent at selling but bad at the marketing work that grows their book of business. They know what they should do. They just don’t do it. We’re building a role that does it for them. You’re the first hire. You’ll start by supporting a handful of our top salespeople directly — identifying everything they should be doing but won’t and then going and doing it for them. • Concretely, the work looks like this: a salesperson tells you on a 20-minute call that they have 150 past customers sitting cold in a spreadsheet. By Friday, you’ve segmented the list, written a reactivation email in their voice, sent it, and connected with all 150 of them on LinkedIn from their account. Then you figure out how to do that for the next salesperson in half the time. • That’s the manual version. Your second job, running in parallel from week one, is to figure out which parts of what you just did can be automated — by AI tools we’re already building, by workflows you set up, by templates you create. You’ll work directly with the CEO and our product team on what to ship next. The version of this role that exists in 18 months looks very different from the version that exists on day one, and you’re the person who turns one into the other. • The goal is a playbook along with automations that are so effective that we can’t resist scaling this function across our entire sales org. • You report directly to the CEO. No middle layer.

• Assisting homeowners with financing solutions for their home renovation projects. • Calling homeowners who have requested more information from RenoFi • Educating homeowners on the process of obtaining a renovation loan through RenoFi • Managing the entire renovation loan process, from initial outreach all the way to close • Working cross functionally with our operations team to ensure loans get processed in a timely manner • Following the RenoFi sales playbook and processes to achieve sales targets each month • Working with RenoFi-provided customers to offer 1st and 2nd mortgage renovation financing solutions • Building a book of self-sourced referral business from realtors, contractors, builders, financial advisors, etc.

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Senior Loan Officer candidates - you’ll be their trusted contact and guide them from initial outreach and screening, to coordination of interviews with the team, and through the offer and reference check stages • Engage with Sales leadership team to understand priorities for each market and corresponding resourcing needs • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders and coach them on hiring best practices • Own the job posting process for various roles, including the drafting of job specs and posting to relevant sites including LinkedIn • Manage and maintain the talent pipeline and leverage the data to inform hiring projections • Maintain the ATS and provide timely and thoughtful feedback to all candidates to maintain data integrity • Leverage all RenoFi recruiting platforms to actively engage and source candidates • Validate potential candidate’s mortgage production using data sources such as MMI • Provide weekly updates to key stakeholders on activities and pipeline • Champion RenoFi’s culture & vision
