• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new and existing customers, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Develop detailed implementation plans — including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones — to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of solutions. • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process, including data migration, system integrations, and platform configuration. You're comfortable getting into the weeds: working directly with transit data sources like GTFS, AVL, and GPS feeds to validate data quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer solutions perform as intended. • Conduct live training sessions to help customers get value out of Swiftly's products and accomplish their core strategic goals. • Drive strong platform adoption while helping customers meet their goals and achieve value quickly during the implementation process. • Maintain regular, effective communication with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders — providing progress updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment throughout the implementation process. • Conduct thorough testing and data validation to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of Swiftly's solutions. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance implementation methodologies, and optimize client satisfaction. Provide feedback and insights to internal teams for product enhancements and future releases — including actively leveraging AI tools to identify patterns, automate repeatable tasks, and accelerate time-to-value for customers.

• Own the overall program timeline end-to-end, coordinating with EPD and the Sprint Planner to keep delivery on track • Gather and document partner requirements into clear deliverables that EPD can execute on; hand off solutioning when technical decisions arise • Serve as the primary day-to-day partner contact during implementation projects that continue throughout the lifecycle of the partnership • Track and communicate project health proactively — flag delays, blockers, and scope risks early and drive resolution • Craft clear, well-written deliverables including meeting agendas, minutes, and business reviews for internal and external stakeholders • Maintain a tight feedback loop with the assigned CSM and accurate records in Sure's CRM (Attio)

Role Description The Data Implementation Engineer is responsible for creating and maintaining processes that implement client data from hospital systems into Meduit platforms, including data warehouses, mapping tools, payment portals, and collections systems. This role ensures data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with client and operational requirements. The Data Implementation Engineer partners with Operations, Workflow, Technical Support, and Account Management teams to support client implementations and ongoing data quality across systems. • Lead end-to-end implementations for utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS customers • Serve as the domain authority on how technically sophisticated customers, including Performance Engineering teams, Asset Management organizations, and Operations leaders, intend to use the platform and interpret its output • Lead technical discovery workshops and translate operational requirements and design into platform configuration, covering KPIs, dashboards, analytics, data onboarding, and integrations • Review and validate implementation deliverables for technical accuracy, ensuring configured data structures and analytics outputs align with industry standards and customer expectations • Drive UAT and production readiness through Technical Support handoff with the credibility of someone who has lived the workflows being validated • Mentor others on the team to build renewable energy domain fluency across the PS team • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodology, solution design templates, Professional Services runbooks, and validation standards • Surface renewable industry requirements and field observations back to Product and Engineering from direct customer engagement
