• Own the overall program timeline end-to-end, coordinating with EPD and the Sprint Planner to keep delivery on track • Gather and document partner requirements into clear deliverables that EPD can execute on; hand off solutioning when technical decisions arise • Serve as the primary day-to-day partner contact during implementation projects that continue throughout the lifecycle of the partnership • Track and communicate project health proactively — flag delays, blockers, and scope risks early and drive resolution • Craft clear, well-written deliverables including meeting agendas, minutes, and business reviews for internal and external stakeholders • Maintain a tight feedback loop with the assigned CSM and accurate records in Sure's CRM (Attio)

Role Description The Data Implementation Engineer is responsible for creating and maintaining processes that implement client data from hospital systems into Meduit platforms, including data warehouses, mapping tools, payment portals, and collections systems. This role ensures data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with client and operational requirements. The Data Implementation Engineer partners with Operations, Workflow, Technical Support, and Account Management teams to support client implementations and ongoing data quality across systems. • Serve as the key technical point of contact for the assigned account, fully owning the relationship • Become fluent in the customer's organizational chart, understanding both the technical goals and the internal dynamics of key decision-makers • Develop and produce the product definition associated with the lease for new opportunities • Act as the primary point of entry for post-lease Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), coordinating with the customer and internal Fleet engineering teams to bridge new requirements • Manage and qualify customer needs by effectively reviewing requests and separating critical "must-haves" from "nice-to-haves" • Attain fluency in the capacity needs of the assigned account, working seamlessly with the customer and internal engineering to develop tailored solutions • Partner with Tract and TCM Behind-the-Meter (BTM) teams, as well as engineering Technical Program Management (TPM) teams, to align delivery solutions and timelines with customer expectations • Collaborate across customer engineering domains (compute, GPU, storage, and networking) to align the delivery solution for fit-out with end-customer objectives • Serve as the internal advocate for the customer, providing continuous feedback to the business on evolving customer needs and assisting Fleet leadership in adapting the product roadmap

• Lead end-to-end implementations for utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS customers • Serve as the domain authority on how technically sophisticated customers, including Performance Engineering teams, Asset Management organizations, and Operations leaders, intend to use the platform and interpret its output • Lead technical discovery workshops and translate operational requirements and design into platform configuration, covering KPIs, dashboards, analytics, data onboarding, and integrations • Review and validate implementation deliverables for technical accuracy, ensuring configured data structures and analytics outputs align with industry standards and customer expectations • Drive UAT and production readiness through Technical Support handoff with the credibility of someone who has lived the workflows being validated • Mentor others on the team to build renewable energy domain fluency across the PS team • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodology, solution design templates, Professional Services runbooks, and validation standards • Surface renewable industry requirements and field observations back to Product and Engineering from direct customer engagement
