• Provide operational oversight of assigned UBC projects • Plan, coordinate and complete project work • Work closely with clients/sponsors, internal project team members, vendors, and suppliers • Ensure satisfactory delivery of contracted services and achievement of contracted milestones • Supervise project management staff in execution of assigned studies • Serve as a resource and mentor to project team members • Manage project per scope of work and budget • Prepare project timelines and deliverables • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with plans • Prepare and negotiate budgets
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a clinical, scientific, or related field
- 2 to 3 years direct project management experience at a Contract Research Organisation (CRO) or 5 or more years of clinical trial experience
- Knowledge of the key principles of cross functional project management
- Proficient in use of web based IT systems and Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Experience using project management software
- Very good knowledge of regulatory requirements for research conduct.
- Excellent working knowledge of clinical research/development, including medical and therapeutic areas, phases and medical terminology.
- Knowledge of CRO/Pharmaceutical functional departments and responsibilities.
- Good quantitative skills and working understanding of project budgets.

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of clinical trials from Phase I–III • Oversees and manages CROs and vendors to ensure that the study(ies) are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with RayzeBio SOPs, FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines • Leads the cross-functional study execution team in achieving the study goals and deliverables • Plan and execute study timelines • Monitor study progress, including enrollment, site performance, data quality, and key risk indicators and proactively escalates issues to key internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks; escalate issues as needed • Manage study CRO and vendor budgets and invoicing procedures according to study contract • Lead/support country and site feasibility, selection, and activation strategies • Active participant in CRO and vendor meetings, responsible to review key CRO and vendor study operational plans and provides input to operational strategy, including country and site feasibility and start-up • Summarizes CRO, vendor and site performance data and escalates study risks to the Clinical Operations Program Lead / Head of Clinical Operations • Performs other related duties as assigned • Up to 20% travel required
Role Description We are hiring a Manager, Clinical Operations to: - Manage the Prior Authorization process with Payers - Oversee the end-to-end process for prior authorization submission, timely approval, and respond to denials and appeals - Work with operations staff for timely completion of internal documentation and processes that impact submission of prior authorizations - Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline process for approval and mitigate denials - Onboard and support the clinician network - Provide onboarding for all new network clinicians, including initial training on Rosarium processes, expectations, and assessments - Provide ongoing support to clinicians - Identify opportunity for improvement for current training documents, development of educational programs, and ideas to enhance the knowledge/skills for our clinicians - Oversee clinician performance including documentation on assessments, compliance with Rosarium Health requirements, and provide additional training and support as needed - Identify opportunities for improvement in structure, ability to obtain proper information and/or other enhancements to ensure quality and efficiency of the clinical assessment - Collaborate with product and tech to enhance the ability for data collection and reporting from assessments You will work directly with the Chief Clinical Officer and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the systems used by clinicians and operations teams. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a senior leadership position in clinical operations. Qualifications - 4–8 years of experience in homecare, health plan, clinical operations, utilization management - Knowledge and/or experience with Payer Prior Authorization process - Strong clinical background, preferably in the home setting - Experience in training clinicians, developing training materials, managing clinician performance - Ability to identify areas for operational efficiencies and improvement - Comfortable working across functional areas, including Product and Engineering teams Requirements - Preferred Clinical Background: Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), Registered Nurse (RN) - Preferred Experience: - Experience in evaluation of home environment for safety and accessibility gaps - Understanding of clinical documentation requirements to support medical necessity for home modifications - Knowledge of Managed Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, D-SNP - Experience at a venture-backed healthcare or digital health company Benefits - Base salary: $95,000–$110,000 - Meaningful equity ownership - Medical, dental, and vision coverage - Flexible PTO - Remote-first culture - Opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role
