Role Description We're looking for a Product Manager who owns acquisition end-to-end — someone who deeply understands why users show up, what makes them convert, and where the funnel breaks. You work from data and move fast. AI is a core part of how you work not something you're adopting, something you've already adopted and add value in your day-to-day. You own the top of the funnel. Everything from first touch to first purchase: traffic, landing pages, signup flows, onboarding entry points, and the conversion logic in between. You bring ideas to life end-to-end: from defining what should be built to testing and deploying it. You're as much a maker as you are a PM, and that's precisely the mindset this role calls for. What you'll do - Identify acquisition bottlenecks through data and turn them into prioritised, fast experiments - Use AI to accelerate discovery — synthesising user signals, analysing patterns, and forming hypotheses faster than a traditional research cycle allows - Run A/B tests on pricing, conversion flows and UX with clear hypotheses and honest readouts - Build automated workflows that scale your acquisition efforts without scaling headcount - Define and track the metrics that matter and know which ones are vanity - Translate user behaviour into product and UX decisions that move conversion Qualifications - 5+ years of PM experience with an obsession in growth or acquisition - Strong analytical foundation: comfortable pulling and interpreting your own data - Familiar with analytics and tracking tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, Databriks - Clear, structured communicator who can align stakeholders on commercial impact - Optional: background in engineering or a heavy maker mindset Requirements - Comfortable operating in small and dynamic team - You're comfortable using AI as part of how you work whether that's for research, drafting, analysis, or problem-solving - Claude in combination with MCP’s is embedded in how you work - Opportunity to manage high-impact budgets in a 100% performance-driven environment - Work with a modern tech stack and advanced attribution models - A culture that values technical expertise and proactive experimentation - Operate at a level of spend and complexity few teams reach - Be part of a modern Performance Marketing organisation with a cross-channel mindset - High ownership, strong collaboration with Product, Data and Creative teams Benefits - At Leadtech, we prioritize your growth with a flexible career path and personalized internal training - Annual budget for external learning opportunities - Flexible schedule with flextime and the option of working full remote or from our Barcelona office - Free Friday afternoons with a 7-hour workday - 35-hour workweek in July and August - Competitive salary, full-time permanent contract, and top-tier private health insurance - 25 days of vacation plus your birthday off, with flexible vacation options - Office perks such as free coffee, fresh fruit, snacks, a game room, and a rooftop terrace - Additional benefits include ticket restaurant and nursery vouchers Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Leadtech is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer, which means we encourage applications from people with different backgrounds, interests, and personal circumstances.
