- 5+ years Business Analysis and exposure to Project Management
- Working in project environments
- Demonstrated capability & experience in leading a business initiative, its processes and systems design in depth
- Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Scope Definition, Business Requirements, User Stories, processes, data, traceability and acceptance criteria
- Experience in Financial Services is a plus

Role Description The Bikeleasing Group is one of Germany's leading employer benefit and mobility solutions groups.
