• Support and drive business transformation and digitalization initiatives within banking and financial services. • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions. • Conduct process analysis, impact assessments, and gap analyses. • Prepare recommendations, roadmaps, project documentation, and management presentations. • Coordinate activities across business and technology teams. • Support or lead project planning, governance, reporting, RAID management, and dependency tracking. • Contribute to system implementations, integrations, migrations, regulatory initiatives, and process improvement programs. • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in international environments.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience within banking, financial services, or consulting firms serving banking clients.
- Experience in one or more of the following roles: Business Analyst, PMO Specialist, Consultant, Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager.
- Experience supporting transformation, change-the-bank, run-the-bank, process improvement, or system implementation initiatives.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
- 6+ years of experience within banking, financial services, or consulting firms serving banking clients.
- Proven track record in leading transformation, regulatory, digitalization, migration, integration, or operating model change programs.
- Experience managing workstreams, projects, PMO functions, or consulting engagements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership and Steering Committees.
- Extensive experience preparing business cases, recommendations, governance materials, executive reporting, and delivery roadmaps.
- Ability to independently lead initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Knowledge of one or more banking areas (Core Banking, Lending, Client Onboarding, etc.).
- Experience with project planning and scheduling.
- Experience in RAID management, dependency management, and risk & issue management.
- Experience supporting project governance, controls, status reporting, and Steering Committees.
- Ability to work effectively at the intersection of business and technology.
- Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
- Strong knowledge of various tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
- English – professional working proficiency (minimum B2, preferably C1).
- German or French – professional working proficiency (minimum B2+, preferably C1).
