Role Description The Integrated Billing Analyst II will report directly to the Integrated Billing Supervisor and will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate and timely billing processes. This role involves: - Creating invoices with supporting documents. - Researching and reconciling costs for fixed-price and reimbursable billings. - Performing Booked Cost to Billed Cost reconciliations for each contract. - Coordinating with personnel from various departments to ensure complete and accurate documentation for billing and subsequent collection. - Monitoring and researching costs, and requesting journal entries to ensure costs are accumulated correctly. - Obtaining Statements of Completion of Work (SOCOWs) and applying them to monthly billings as needed. - Communicating with customers and personnel from various sites to gain and process accurate billing information. - Assisting during audits and periodic reporting. - Ensuring all tasks are performed according to company policy. - Maintaining strong order to cash responsibilities across multiple departments within the organization. - Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data. - Participating in other projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. - Microsoft Office certification preferred. - 2-3 years of experience in GL accounting and Government Contract accounting preferred. - IFS, SAP, and Excel experience preferred.
