Essential Functions Continuous Improvement & Analysis - Partner with Warehousing, Transportation, Planning, Customer Service, and Business Intelligence to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities - Extract, analyze, and interpret data from operational systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP, BI tools) to support fact‑based recommendations - Research industry standards and benchmarks; compare current performance and recommend improvement actions - Analyze supply chain requirements within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment and identify gaps impacting cost, service, or execution risk - Review performance trends to identify emerging financial, service‑level, or sustainability risks Project & Initiative Leadership - Lead assigned continuous improvement initiatives from problem definition through implementation, including stakeholder alignment and progress tracking - Support and contribute to daily continuous improvement calls across all U.S. Lindt & Sprüngli companies, focusing on performance gaps and corrective actions - Provide analytical and project management support for peak‑season post‑mortems and readiness reviews with internal teams and 3PL partners - Lead assigned initiatives within the U.S. business operations roadmap, coordinating across Planning, Transportation, Warehousing, Customer Service, and Business Intelligence - Track initiatives against defined objectives and report progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership - Partner with U.S. Supply Chain teams to review, improve, and adjust company SOPs - Coordinate with Brand QA Teams and Logistics to design, execute, and document a customer summer temperature study, and communicate results including any variances from expected outcomes Stakeholder & Relationship Management - Act as a collaborative partner with internal functional teams and external service providers - Manage day‑to‑day working relationships required to execute improvement initiatives - Utilize coaching as a tool to support change adoption and strengthen problem-solving capabilities across internal teams and 3PL partners - Support ad‑hoc analyses and special projects as assigned by management Basic Qualifications - 3+ years of supply chain, logistics, or operations background - Bachelor’s degree required - Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, project management skills - Strong proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word - Ability to translate data analysis into clear recommendations for non‑technical audiences Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field - Proven analytical experience in a CPG or logistics environment - Consumer Products Goods (CPG) experience - Experience working with or supporting 3PL providers - Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, root cause analysis, structured problem solving) - Experience using coaching as a tool to support change adoption and build problem-solving capability - Experience supporting cross‑functional operational initiatives - Familiarity with AI tools and prompts Company Description Lindt and Sprüngli (North America) Inc. is the Supply Chain and Business Shared Services Company supporting the Lindt & Sprüngli family of brands (Lindt USA, Ghirardelli Chocolates and Russell Stover Chocolates), headquartered in Kansas City, MO.
