Role Description The Design Assurance Engineer is responsible for undertaking National Grid BP141 design assurance roles on a variety of National Grid projects. This role ensures that designs for a variety of installations, asset replacements, connection schemes, and substation builds comply with National Grid technical specifications, engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The successful candidate will work closely with National Grid Project Teams, DNO’s & Contractors, to support the timely delivery of safe, reliable, and compliant designs.
