• Аналізувати поведінку користувачів, партнерів та замовлень у продукті TutTam. **• Проєктувати та розвивати систему продуктової аналітики: визначати події, параметри та вимоги до збору даних для нових функцій продукту. **• Відповідати за повний цикл роботи з даними: збір, валідацію, обробку, аналіз та візуалізацію продуктових даних. **• Забезпечувати збір якісних бізнес-даних для прийняття рішень, уникаючи надлишкового або некоректного трекінгу. **• Формувати та підтримувати систему продуктових метрик, дашбордів і регулярної звітності. **• Досліджувати поведінку користувачів, воронки та точки втрат, знаходити можливості для покращення конверсії, утримання та монетизації. **• Аналізувати результати запуску нових функцій, активацій та продуктових змін, оцінювати їх вплив на ключові бізнес-метрики. **• Надавати рекомендації для продуктової, маркетингової та операційної команд на основі даних. **• Брати участь у формуванні та перевірці продуктових гіпотез. **• Працювати з продуктовою командою над пріоритизацією функціоналу та оцінкою ефективності змін.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4+ роки досвіду роботи Product Analyst або Data Analyst у digital-продуктах. **
  • Досвід роботи з продуктовою або дата-аналітикою мобільних застосунків та вебпродуктів. **
  • Впевнене володіння SQL для аналізу даних. **
  • Досвід роботи з BI-системами (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio або аналогами). **
  • Досвід побудови продуктових дашбордів, KPI та системи звітності. **
  • Досвід роботи з Google Analytics 4, Firebase Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel або аналогічними системами продуктової аналітики. **
  • Розуміння принципів побудови подієвої аналітики (events, properties, funnels, cohorts). **
  • Досвід визначення вимог до збору даних та проєктування системи трекінгу подій. **
  • Розуміння продуктових метрик (Retention, Conversion, DAU, MAU, LTV, CAC, ARPU та інших метрик росту продукту). **
  • Досвід роботи з поведінковою аналітикою, користувацькими сценаріями та воронками. **
  • Вміння працювати з великими обсягами даних, знаходити закономірності, інтерпретувати результати та виявляти причинно-наслідкові зв'язки. **
  • Досвід формування продуктових рекомендацій на основі даних та оцінки бізнес-ефекту змін.

Role Description The Senior Actuarial Analyst is responsible for providing complex actuarial and pricing analyses to Prime’s existing and potential clients. This role will use, build, and develop innovative actuarial modeling concepts to assist strategically on trend, benefit design and pricing support for all Prime’s lines of business (commercial, Medicare and Medicaid).
