Title: Marketing Content & Launch Manager Location: Remote - Austin, TX We’re Looking for a Marketing Content & Launch Manager to Join our Team (Remote Role)! About Live Your Message (LYM) Hi! We're Live Your Message, and our mission is to get people so excited about changing their lives that they stop dreaming – and start doing. We do that with "Choose Your Own Adventure" online business education which makes it possible for anyone with a big message for the world to reach more people, make more money and have a bigger impact than they could alone. We invented The Experience Formula, a cutting-edge new way of creating online courses that gets 10-30X more student success than normal. Our secret? Ethically addictive techniques normally found in the world of apps, games and social media to get people hooked on changing their lives. Our unique blend of adult learning theory, gamification, behavioral design and the psychology of motivation has launched a new movement in online education that's catching on fast. As you can imagine, it's a good time to be in online education and our company and reach has been growing exponentially. We grew by 83% during the height of the pandemic, landing us on the Inc 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America for four years in a row. Our company and our reach has been growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional and committed Marketing Content & Launch Manager to join our team. Here’s What the Role Will Look Like for You: Quickly learn and internalize our brand voice, standards and marketing philosophy, helping ensure all customer-facing content reflects the Live Your Message brand. Review, QA and refine marketing assets including emails, landing pages, sales pages, webinar materials, videos, social content and supporting collateral to ensure clarity, consistency and quality. Serve as a trusted partner to the CMO by helping translate ideas, feedback and strategic direction into clear, actionable deliverables for the team. Own the execution of marketing launches from planning through completion, ensuring every moving piece stays aligned, on schedule and up to Live Your Message standards. Act as the central hub between content, design, tech, customer support, paid media, partnerships and leadership to keep projects moving and priorities clear. Lead weekly cross-departmental meetings, driving decisions, accountability and follow-through. Build and maintain launch plans, timelines, project trackers and communication systems that provide visibility across multiple concurrent initiatives. Identify risks, bottlenecks and competing priorities before they become problems, bringing solutions and recommendations rather than simply escalating issues. Manage shifting priorities and last-minute changes without losing momentum or creating unnecessary chaos for the team. Communicate proactively with leadership, providing concise updates, surfacing decisions needed and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Help strengthen and improve marketing systems, workflows and launch processes so the team can move faster without sacrificing quality. Take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks, ensuring projects are completed successfully and the customer experience remains exceptional from first touchpoint to enrollment. About You: You can pick up a brand voice fast -- not just the surface-level tone, but the specific word choices, rhythms, structural patterns and what-not-to-say rules that make it feel like one person wrote everything. Within 30 days, you're the one catching voice inconsistencies, not creating them. You can hold the 30,000-foot view and the line-level detail at the same time -- zooming out to see how a campaign fits together, then zooming in to catch what's missing from a single email or asset. You have strong marketing instincts and can identify unclear messaging, inconsistencies, weak positioning, AI-generated fluff or quality issues before they reach leadership. You have a solid instinct for voice, messaging and quality. You can quickly learn an established brand voice, identify content that feels off-brand and explain exactly what needs to change. You don't just review content — you make it better. You're a fast processor who can track multiple projects simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them. You notice what's slipping before it slips. You manage up naturally -- giving leadership what they need to make decisions without being asked -- and you manage down effectively, keeping the team moving with clear direction and appropriate accountability. You can hold 6 active campaigns in your head at once, flag a missing asset before anyone asks, and still catch the typo on page 4. Chaos doesn't rattle you -- it's just a problem to organize. Leadership never has to wonder where something stands with you. You surface the right information at the right time -- not everything, not nothing, but exactly what someone needs to make a decision or stay unblocked. When something is off track, you don't wait for permission to fix it. You diagnose, propose a solution and move -- then loop people in, not the other way around. Bonus Points: Experience in online education, coaching or digital products. Experience supporting a founder-led business or working closely with a CEO, CMO or visionary leader. Strong copyediting, content QA and brand voice refinement skills. Experience managing launches, webinars, virtual events or enrollment campaigns. Familiarity with Monday.com, Keap, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit or similar marketing systems. Experience using AI tools to improve project management, content workflows, quality assurance or operational efficiency. Experience creating SOPs, workflows and scalable systems. Strong understanding of customer journeys, marketing funnels and conversion-focused campaigns. The Deets This is a remote, full-time position with a salary range $70,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Content Marketing Manager
Duetto ResearchDuetto is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Apply and let's start a conversation.
Role Description We have a clear product story, a strong roadmap, and great leadership around our product narrative. What we need now is someone to bring it to life — every single day. This is a pure execution role for a creative content professional who lives and breathes product storytelling. You will be embedded in everything happening across our product teams, translating roadmap updates, feature releases, and product milestones into compelling content that shows up brilliantly across every channel and surface — social, in-app, customer newsletters, press, video, and beyond. This isn’t a strategy role. We’re not looking for someone to build frameworks or hypothesise about positioning. We have that covered. We need someone who can take a great brief and turn it into content that makes people stop scrolling, lean in, and want to know more. If you’re a creative executor who thinks in stories, leads with social-first instincts, and gets genuinely excited about finding unexpected ways to communicate a product update — this is your role. What you’ll work on - Product content and storytelling - Own the creation of all product-focused marketing content — feature releases, product updates, roadmap moments, and milestone announcements. - Craft compelling narratives around product news that go beyond feature lists — finding the customer angle, the business impact, and the story worth telling. - Write and produce press releases, product launch communications, and update announcements in close collaboration with the Product Marketing Director and product teams. - Attend product team meetings and maintain a close pulse on everything in development — so nothing lands as a surprise and every release has a content plan behind it. - Social-first content - Think social-first on every piece of product content — asking not just “what are we saying” but “how does this look on LinkedIn, how does this work as a Reel, what’s the hook.” - Develop creative formats and content series that make product features feel exciting and relevant rather than functional and dry. - Experiment continuously with format, style, and angle — short-form video, carousels, text posts, behind-the-scenes, customer spotlights — finding what resonates and doing more of it. - Video and creative production - Brief and direct video agencies and creative resources to bring your ideas to life — you don’t need to produce everything yourself, but you need to know exactly what you want and be able to brief it precisely. - Think beyond the standard UI screenshot walkthrough — find the story, the emotion, the moment that makes someone want to share it. - Think about differentiation in everything you make — we have a bold, distinctive brand and product content should reflect that. - Own the end-to-end production process for product content: concept, brief, production, review, publish. - AI-first content operations - Leverage Duetto’s AI-enabled content operations layer to produce product content at pace and scale. - Use AI to generate, iterate, and adapt content across formats and surfaces — treating it as a creative accelerator, not a shortcut. - Bring an AI-native mindset to everything you produce — always asking how automation, agentic workflows, and smart tooling can raise the ceiling on what one person can create. - User-generated content - Identify opportunities to activate customers as content creators — building programmes and moments that encourage authentic customer stories about the product. - Work with the customer marketing function to surface and amplify UGC across relevant channels. - Help build a library of customer voices and product proof points that the whole marketing team can draw from. - Channel and surface coverage - Ensure product content is adapted and optimised for every relevant surface — social, in-app, customer newsletters, website, sales enablement, partner comms. - Work closely with the broader content and growth teams to ensure product stories are integrated into campaigns and always-on content calendars. - Maintain a regular cadence of product content so there are no quiet periods — our product moves fast and our content should reflect that. Qualifications - 3–5 years in a content marketing, product marketing, or brand content role — with a portfolio that shows genuine creative range. - Demonstrable experience creating product-focused content that goes beyond the obvious — formats, angles, and executions that stand out. - Experience briefing and managing external creative and video production resources. - Background in B2B SaaS preferred, but creative instinct and execution quality matter more than sector experience. Requirements - Outstanding writer and storyteller — able to take complex product information and make it feel simple, relevant, and compelling. - Social-first thinker — you instinctively consider platform, format, and hook before you consider anything else. - Strong creative judgment — you know what good looks like, you can brief it clearly, and you can push back when the output isn’t there yet. - Highly organised and self-directed — you’ll be managing multiple product moments simultaneously and need to stay on top of timelines without being chased. - Comfortable working directly with product teams — asking the right questions, extracting the right information, and translating it into content without needing it handed to you on a plate. Benefits - A consistent, high-quality cadence of product content across all key channels and surfaces. - Product releases land with creative, social-first content that drives genuine engagement — not just impressions. - A library of video and short-form content that gives the sales, customer success, and partner teams compelling product proof points to use. - An early-stage UGC programme with real customer voices contributing to the content mix. - You are the go-to person for anything product content related — trusted by the product marketing director, the product teams, and the wider marketing function.

Title: Brand & Storytelling Lead Location: New York, NY Department: Storytelling & Marketing Compensation - Base Salary $180K – $220K • Offers Equity Job Description: Who Are We? Government technology has failed the public for decades, and Americans have been conditioned to expect websites from the 90s for essential public services. Kaizen exists to strengthen trust in American public services by building technology that residents and public servants are proud to use. We partner with local, state, and federal agencies to replace legacy systems with modern, AI-native software that is worthy of the people they serve. We started in outdoor recreation, and now we're building toward something much larger — the software layer that powers how Americans access any government service. Our platform already reaches 40 million residents across 50+ agencies in 17 states. Founded in 2022 and based in New York City, Kaizen has raised $35 million from NEA, a16z, Accel, 776, and Carpenter Capital. We're builders, designers, and operators who believe that beautifully designed software shouldn’t be a luxury in government. It’s how you earn trust back. The Role Kaizen has built something real — 40M residents, 50+ agencies, 17 states — and most people have never heard of us. That changes now - we're at the point where our brand needs to do serious work: recruit mission-driven talent, win federal contracts, build credibility with investors, and make Kaizen a name that people in government, tech, and public life actually know. This is not a production role, it's a builder role — the person who figures out what Kaizen's brand should be and then makes it happen across every channel. You'll own editorial content, short films, the website, social presence, executive storytelling, and the long game of making this company iconic. You'll work directly with our co-founders, and you'll have the latitude to move fast and make big calls. Location This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City HQ. Candidates must reside in New York or be able to commute to New York City to work out of our office at least three times a week (Tuesdays - Thursdays). What You'll Do - Define and execute Kaizen's external brand strategy — what we stand for, how we show up, and how we build recognition across government, tech, and the public - Own the content engine: editorial (LinkedIn, Substack, written longform), short films, YouTube, podcasts, and anything else that puts Kaizen on the map - Write and produce executive communications that travel — board updates, investor narratives, op-eds, media appearances - Build toward long-term brand goals and treat distribution as part of the creative work, not an afterthought - Partner with sales and proposals on assets that win contracts: case studies, one-pagers, pitch materials - Quarterback external vendors and contractors — PR firms, video production, freelancers — and direct their output without being dependent on them What You'll Bring - 6–10 years building brand and content at a company where the brand actually mattered — not maintaining it, building it - A portfolio that shows range and point of view: editorial content, brand systems, video storytelling, executive comms — and evidence that your work traveled beyond its original channel (a portfolio link is required as part of your application) - Sharp instincts for narrative and positioning — you think about why something should exist before you make it - Comfort operating as a one-person function with contractors underneath you, not a peer team around you - AI-native workflow: you use tools to scale your output and stay ahead of what's possible - Strong writing skills — good enough to ghost-write for executives and produce editorial content that earns an audience on its own Strong Candidates May Also… - Have built a brand function from scratch at an early-stage company — before there was a playbook - Have experience in govtech, defense tech, or any sector where the buyer is skeptical and the mission is serious - Have grown an audience on their own — a newsletter, a channel, a following — and understand distribution from the inside Don't Apply If… - Your portfolio is mostly B2C ad campaigns, short-form social videos, or content built for large production teams - You need a detailed creative brief, a structured process, or a team underneath you to do your best work - You think brand is a support function that executes what sales or product asks for - You're not energized by the idea of making Kaizen a name that people recognize, and what technology for the public sector should look like What Kaizen Offers Health & Insurance - Comprehensive medical through Oxford/United — Gold and Platinum PPO plans, with 85% of premiums covered on the Platinum plan and a $0 employee premium option. Dental through Guardian PPO and vision through Beam, with 99% of employee premiums covered and 50% for dependents. - $100,000 in fully paid life insurance. FSA and Dependent Care FSA. 401(k) access through Guideline. Family & Time Off - 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave for birthing parents. 10 weeks fully paid for non-birthing parents. - Unlimited PTO, closed for all federal holidays, and company-wide winter break the week of Christmas. Office & Remote Setup - Up to $750 one-time home office or desk setup stipend for NYC-based employees. $500 for remote employees. - $50/month commuter benefit (company contribution). - Expensed lunch 3x a week while in the office. - Company-provided laptop. Wellness - Fully covered gym membership at Grindhouse — right across the street from our office at 47 W 17th St (and in Williamsburg). A $225/month value, on us. For remote employees, $100/month dedicated to gym or physical fitness reimbursement. - $300/quarter pet care stipend. Stipends - $100/month utility stipend. - $500/year professional development. - $250/year recreation. Kaizen is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
