Role Description Executar e aprimorar as rotinas fiscais da empresa, garantindo a correta apuração de impostos, o cumprimento das obrigações acessórias e a conformidade com a legislação tributária vigente. Suas Atividades: - Realizar a apuração de impostos (PIS, COFINS, ISS) com foco em regimes de tributação como Lucro Real. - Elaborar e entregar as obrigações acessórias, tais como EFD-Contribuições, DCTF, ECF, e outras declarações federais e municipais. - Acompanhar e interpretar as alterações na legislação tributária federal, estadual e municipal, avaliando os impactos para a empresa e garantindo a devida aplicação. - Realizar a escrituração de documentos fiscais de entrada assegurando a correta classificação e registro das operações. - Efetuar a conciliação das contas de impostos, garantindo a fidedignidade dos saldos contábeis e fiscais. - Realizar a análise e o acompanhamento fiscal das operações de importação, garantindo o correto tratamento tributário e o cumprimento das exigências legais. - Analisar dados fiscais para identificar tendências, oportunidades de economia tributária e riscos. - Desenvolver e monitorar KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) da área fiscal, propondo e implementando ações de melhoria contínua nos processos. - Prestar suporte no atendimento a fiscalizações e auditorias, preparando a documentação necessária e fornecendo as informações solicitadas. - Atuar como ponto de referência para as demais áreas da empresa em assuntos relacionados à legislação tributária e procedimentos fiscais. Role Description The Integrated Billing Analyst II will report directly to the Integrated Billing Supervisor and will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
