Job Requirements
- PharmD degree and current enrollment in a designated PGY1 residency within the combined PGY1/PGY2 program
- Active pharmacist license in the resident’s practicing state
- Program Requirement Progression into and continuation in the PGY2 position is contingent upon successful completion of the PGY1 residency program at the partner health system, including satisfactory performance
